What I want for you

I wish for you to understand your emotions and reactions, to identify your triggers. Have you ever wondered, "What is the reason for me to do and react the way I do, to make the choices I make?" It's not a must, but once you understand your emotions and reaction, you'll understand your choices and reasons for them. That means that you'll become aware of your processes, and you'll stop judging yourself for the "not so pretty" 😉 and "Oh, you shouldn't do that" 😉 decisions.

I would like you to learn how to neutralise the negative impact your triggers and "things" that happened to you, have on you, and to deal with them, so you become free of their influence on you.

 

This knowledge and techniques will allow you to "fire me" one day 😉. Yes, "fire me" - because you will be able to deal with whatever life throws at you, knowing that you can always give me a call in case you need a hand in an overwhelming situation.

 

We all experience situations that, at the beginning, are just too difficult to deal with on our own, and we need support to help us get through that most difficult point. You need it, I need it, others need it. It's human to need help and support. It's human to feel overwhelmed. So allow me to be that support for you.​​
